Hi, I’m Hess! Myself and my family are based in picturesque North Canterbury, having moved here from Auckland in 2021. Alongside social media management, I am a dressage rider and trainer and more often than not will be found at my desk in a pair of gumboot socks over a pair of high heels! A far departure from the years spent in Sales and Marketing for large corporates.

I founded Very Social a little by accident, my husband and I own a successful restaurant in Auckland and I started off my social media journey running our Facebook and Instagram pages. As word got out around the industry I started to manage the socials for other hospitality businesses and my client base has naturally evolved to include businesses from a range of different industries, all around New Zealand.
